Are you sending this as a gift? Please give us a little more detail:

For mail: Add the name and address of the recipient in the notes section at checkout.

For e-mail: Add the name and e-mail address of the recipient in the notes section at checkout.

If you would prefer to pick up a physical copy of the gift card in store please select "email gift card" and add a note at checkout that you will be picking it up in store.
