Lemon Balm
Known in herbal medicine as a "nervine", lemon balm has been traditionally used to calm down the nervous system, relieve stress and anxiety. It has also been known to aid digestion (especially digestive symptoms related to stress and anxious states), help with sleep and insomnia, as well as treat hyperthyroidism.
