Recommended Use: Used in Herbal Medicine to help ease nervous tension (calmative), to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation and premenstrual symptoms.
Recommended Dose: Adults: 2 - 4 mL, 3 times per day. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
