This collection was created using pure linen pillow fronts, hand painted with a combination of our natural homemade paints and paints made using low-impact dye pigments. Low-impact dyes provide amazing colours but we love them because they require much less water than traditional textile dyes, making them a more sustainable and earth-friendly choice. We combine our hand-painted linen with heavyweight cotton dyed with black bean using shibori and resist methods. Black beans create the prettiest blue - isn’t nature full of secrets?
These lumbar cushions are reversible, so you can easily switch up the look and choose which side to face out. Finished with a zipper along the bottom seam.
